With an extensive background at iDirect and prior experience at Intelsat and KT, Jae Lee has managed training operations, product verification, and professional services engineering, significantly contributing to revenue generation through innovative training programs. Jae Lee holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
