Ryan Franks has a diverse work experience spanning different sectors. Ryan began their career at Retail Merchandising Services Inc as a Merchandiser in 2005. Ryan then worked as a Volunteer for Hands On Gulf Coast, assisting in various relief programs and construction projects related to Hurricane Katrina. In 2008, they joined Holiday Inn Hotels as a Banquet set up Personnel. From 2010 to 2018, Ryan worked at Washington University School of Medicine as an Animal Care Technician, progressing from Technician I to Technician III.

In 2018, Ryan transitioned to Idiomatic, Inc., where they held multiple roles. Initially, they served as an Insights Analyst, utilizing AI to analyze customer support inquiries, NPS survey responses, and app reviews.
