Jeremy Kraus is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Executive Vice President, Industrial & Logistics at CBRE since March 2015. In this role, Jeremy assists Industrial Landlords, Tenants, and Investors with real estate decisions in Greater Cincinnati, utilizing a diverse background in property management, leasing, marketing, construction, and development to maximize client investment returns. Prior to CBRE, Jeremy held significant positions at IDI Gazeley, including Senior Vice President, Industrial & Logistics, where responsibilities included leasing and tenant relations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, as well as developing local brokerage partnerships. Jeremy began a career at Duke Realty Corporation in 2004 as a Leasing Representative, focusing on new tenant acquisition for the Cincinnati portfolio. Jeremy holds a BBA in Marketing & Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 2000 and 2003.
