Brandon Dickens is an experienced professional in the real estate and logistics sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Capital Deployment at IDI Logistics since March 2019. Prior to this role, Brandon held senior positions at Simply Self Storage, including Senior Vice President of Development and Vice President of Development from March 2016 to March 2019. Brandon's tenure at AIMCO spanned a decade, where responsibilities included Vice President of Redevelopment from April 2006 to March 2016. Additional experience includes roles as Development Manager at First Industrial Realty Trust and Project Director/Financial Analyst at Catellus Development Corporation. Brandon began a professional career as a Research Analyst at Price Waterhouse Coopers from January 1998 to May 1999.
