Adi Marcus is a seasoned recruitment manager with extensive experience at Direct Insurance, holding the position since July 2019. In this role, Adi manages a team of recruiters, overseeing the recruitment process across multiple disciplines including Sales and R&D, while also handling HR interviews, the onboarding process, and recruitment budget management.
