Taryn Mitchell Clegg has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, as well as event planning and management. Taryn started their career in 2003 as an Events Coordinator at Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, where they worked until 2004. From 2005 to 2006, they served as an Events Coordinator and Event Manager at Oulton Hall. In 2006, they joined Hays as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Marketing & Events field. Since 2008, Taryn has been working at IDHL Group as the Head of Talent Acquisition, where they are responsible for professional development and creating a supportive work environment for employees.

Taryn Mitchell Clegg attended Leeds Beckett University from 2002 to 2005 where they studied Events Management. Prior to that, they attended Bingley Grammar, but no specific degree or field of study was provided.
