Matthew Lieber is an experienced professional in quality assurance and supply chain management, currently serving as the Managing Director and Owner of IDFL Europe since February 2002. In this role, Matthew oversees customer relations for European clientele, focusing on quality control reports, supply chain audits, and product inspections. Prior to this, Matthew established a down and feather quality testing laboratory office in Hangzhou, China, as Chief Quality Representative for IDFL China. Matthew has also held managerial positions in IDFL USA, overseeing operations and directing a diverse workforce, alongside consulting roles for Sunworld Hotel Group and IKEA in China, where Matthew implemented quality guidelines and assurance programs. Matthew holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from ETH Zurich and a BA in Political Science, International Relations, and German from the University of Utah.
