Madhuri Buddhadev began their work experience as an Internship Trainee at Appin Technologies in January 2016. madhuri then joined Direction Infosystems in August 2016 as a Developer and remained in that role until January 2018. In 2019, Madhuri became a Research Assistant at the New York Institute of Technology, where they worked until May 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Full-stack Developer at Idexcel since November 2020.

Madhuri Buddhadev holds a Master's degree in Computer Science, which they obtained from the New York Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they briefly pursued another Master's degree in Computer Science at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2018. Madhuri also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which they earned from VIDHYABHARTI TRUST INST. OF TECH. & RESEARCH CENTER, UMRAKH 049 from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their academic achievements, Madhuri has also obtained a certification as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2020.
