Daniel Günther has a diverse work experience in various quality and managerial roles. Daniel started their career at AUDI AG as a Team Coordinator for Body Shop Analysis, where they focused on analyzing and optimizing body closure parts. Daniel then worked at Porsche Leipzig GmbH as a Manager for Whole Vehicle Analysis, where they were responsible for solving complex dimensional and functional problems for all Porsche models. Günther then joined Bentley Motors as a Manager for Pilot Hall Projects, overseeing the development and improvement of Pilot Hall processes. Daniel also served as the Manager of Quality Operations at Bentley Motors, where they were responsible for quality inspection and steering for all Bentley models. Subsequently, Günther joined Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH as Manager of Quality Inspection, focusing on quality inspection and customer release for the final assembly of VW ID.3. Daniel then worked at Tesla, initially as a Manager of Metrology & Laboratory and later as a Manager of Metrology, Laboratory & Analysis. In these roles, they were responsible for managing metrology, lab analysis, audit, and quality control. Currently, Günther is working as the Director of Quality & EHS at iPEK International GmbH, a subsidiary of IDEX Corporation.
Daniel Günther earned a Graduate Engineer - Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau in 2011. Prior to that, they completed an education in Car Mechanics from 2001 to 2005.
