Emma Delli-Bovi has a wealth of experience in the legal recruitment industry, having worked at BCL Legal and now at IDEX Consulting Ltd as a Business Director and Legal Recruitment Consultant. Prior to their recruitment roles, Emma worked as a Litigation Executive at DAC Beachcroft LLP and as a Criminal Paralegal at Glaisyers Solicitors LLP. Emma holds a CILEx qualification in Law and has extensive experience in client management, business development, and team supervision.
