Guilherme Baumworcel is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial expert with extensive experience in technology and finance. As the CEO and Founder of Rupee since October 2017, Guilherme has developed a user-friendly technology solution for accounting, tax, and payroll management. Additionally, Guilherme serves as CEO of TZ do Brasil, a member of the fiscal council at Idesam, and a member of the advisory council at InterOil. From November 2020 to May 2023, Guilherme led the Founder Institute in Rio de Janeiro, helping aspiring entrepreneurs to launch startups. Guilherme has also held teaching positions in financial management for startups at Ibmec from September 2020 to May 2023. Prior roles include CEO and founder of RAZAK18, Partner at Infis Consultoria, Tax Manager at PwC, and Assistant Controller at Grupo Icatu SA. Guilherme holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, along with roles as a guest professor in accounting.
