Jennifer Trevino has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jennifer began their career as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at NetIQ, where they were responsible for creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Jennifer also trained Recruiting Coordinators and maintained the recruitment process through an online applicant tracking system.

After their tenure at NetIQ, Jennifer worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Planet, where they recruited for various departments and maintained the recruitment process through an applicant tracking system. Jennifer then joined Oracle Corporation as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in recruiting for different business units and positions.

Jennifer later served as a Recruiting Associate at RedHouse Associates, LLC, where they assisted start-up companies with talent acquisition. Jennifer also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Idera Software, where they focused on job description creation, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.

In 2014, Jennifer joined Elevate Hires, LLC as a Recruiting Partner, specializing in custom recruiting solutions for small businesses in the high-tech/software industry. Jennifer was also responsible for networking and sales.

In the same year, Jennifer also worked at Video Insight as a Recruiting Partner, where they sourced and recruited candidates.

In 2015, Jennifer returned to Idera Software as a Recruiting Partner, and in 2019, they joined Riversand as a Recruiting Partner. In both roles, they focused on sourcing and recruiting candidates, with positions available on the respective company websites.

Jennifer Trevino's education history began in 1990 when they attended Texas State University. During their time there, they did not complete a specific degree or field of study. From 1993 to 1995, they enrolled in the University of Houston-Clear Lake and successfully completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
