Prior to that, Alan worked as a Sr. Account Manager at OnX Enterprise Solutions Ltd. and as an Account Manager at NetIQ Corp. Alan also held the role of Channels Manager - Latin America at PentaSafe before it was acquired by NetIQ. Alan's earliest role was as TM - Sales at BMC Software. Alan studied at the University of Houston-Downtown.
