Lia Wesp is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in visual communication design. Currently serving as Design Lead at IDEO since July 2018, Lia has held various roles, including Senior Communication Designer and Production/Communication Designer. Prior experience includes a Communication Designer position at Greenfield Labs, part of Ford Smart Mobility, as well as freelance graphic design roles at IDEO.org and IDEO. From 2011 to 2017, Lia contributed significantly to Banana Republic in various capacities, including Textile + Apparel Graphics Designer. Additional design experience includes a prominent role at Let It Roll, a skate shop in Las Vegas, and an internship at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. Lia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from California College of the Arts.
