Katie Shaw is a seasoned instructional designer and trainer with extensive experience in developing and delivering training programs across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Identiv since September 2022, Katie previously held roles such as Senior Technical Trainer at ePlus inc. and Adoption Services Consultant at SMP-CORP. With a background at Bosch Security and Safety Systems, Katie designed engaging training content for global security products and facilitated hands-on and web-based training.
