Joel E. Reyes has held a variety of roles in the professional services and IT industries. Joel E. began their career in 2004 as a Desktop Assistant and Desktop Support Technician for Genesys Works and United Space Alliance, respectively. In 2006, they became a Lead Sales Associate at Armani Exchange. That same year, they were also a Gates Millennium Scholar Recipient at United Negro College Fund. In 2011, they were an IT Customer Support Specialist at Zions Bancorporation and a Terminals Application Administrator at Port of Houston Authority. From 2014 to 2018, they were an Automation Support Engineer, Sr. Consultant, Project Consultant II, and Project Consultant at Navis. Since 2018, they have been the VP Professional Services (Americas) at IDENTEC SOLUTIONS, where they work closely with the Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams to determine the business ROI of a customer solution and develop business cases to drive the production adoption of Skylight. Joel E. has managed relationships at several levels of the customer's organization, and they have delegated responsibilities to subordinates while providing guidance and direction. Joel E. has also coordinated project resource efforts for interdepartmental and internationally co-located teams.

Joel E. Reyes has a Master's Degree in Information System Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013. Joel E. also has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they are SPARCS N4 Certified from Navis.
