RÅ«ta ÄŒepaitÄ— has a wealth of experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, and leadership. RÅ«ta has been working in the insurance market and sales since 2007. From 2007 to 2016, they worked as a Coorporative Insurance Business Expert at Lietuvos Draudimas, AB. During this time, they developed skills in multitasking, planning, project management, and analysis of company products and activities with implementation of sales plans. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as Head of Division at UADBB Rizikos Cesija. Here, they gained experience in teamwork, client facing and negotiation, and running projects. RÅ«ta also developed excellent communication skills. Since 2018, they have been working as a Social Media Developer, furthering their interest in innovations and new technologies. Most recently, they began working as an Executive Partnership Manager at iDenfy, an online identity verification company.

Rūta Čepaitė completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas between 2004-2009.
