At American Express, Jean was Vice President of Strategic Procurement and Transformation, overseeing a Global Center of Excellence and managing significant outsourcing deals. Jean's career began at Hewlett Packard, where roles included Procurement Category Director for Marketing and Outsourcing in EMEA.
