Reyhan Ozturk Gulum is an experienced professional with a strong background in CRM and data analytics within the e-commerce sector, currently serving as the CRM and Data Analytics Director for both D&R and idefix since June 2022. In addition to these roles, Reyhan has been involved with North Atlantic Consulting Group since September 2011, holding positions as Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Reyhan's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Strategic Product Design from Delft University of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial Design and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Istanbul Technical University.
