Ben Alderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment, finance, and strategic leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Investments at Ideaspace Ventures, Ben is responsible for establishing the investment function within a startup ecosystem enabler. Additionally, as a cofounder and Finance Lead at Dezynspace, Ben provides financial oversight for a graphic design studio focused on affordable services for startups. Previously, as the Cofounder and CEO of AppSell, Ben led a technology firm offering automated supply chain solutions. Ben's diverse background also includes significant roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, where responsibilities encompassed sales and marketing planning and development strategies, as well as consulting experience with PA Consulting Group in operations excellence. Ben holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham.
