Tahan Menon is a professional with extensive experience in behavioral design and research. Currently serving as a Senior Behavioral Designer at ideas42 since June 2022, Tahan previously held the position of Associate Behavioral Designer at the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Analyst and Special Projects member at National Agents Alliance - The Alliance from October 2019 to August 2020, and as an Analyst at Dalberg from January 2017 to May 2017. Tahan holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Theory from the University of Chicago, completed between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, with a minor in Chinese Language, from Randolph College, earned in 2016.
