Nicole Russo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in behavioral design and social entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Associate Managing Director, Principal Behavioral Designer, and Senior Behavioral Designer at ideas42 since August 2018, Russo has also contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant at Princeton University in early 2018. Prior research roles include a Graduate Research Consultant for USAID, where efforts focused on aid management in conflict scenarios, and a Research & Development Fellow with the International Rescue Committee, supporting impactful solutions for crisis-affected populations. A diverse career at DAI spanned several positions in business development and project management. Nicole Russo holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Princeton University and dual Bachelor's degrees from Wake Forest University.
