Eva Matos is an experienced leader in global program implementation and civil society capacity building. Currently serving as Managing Director at ideas42 since 2018, previous roles include Associate Managing Director, Vice President, and Senior Associate. At Oxfam GB from February 2014 to August 2016, Eva co-led the 'Empowering Civil Society Networks in an Unequal and Multi-Polar World' program based in Mexico City, enhancing the capabilities of civil society organizations across various countries to participate in global policy-making. Earlier in career, positions at the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative focused on program management in Africa and the Middle East. Eva holds a Master of Science in Social Policy and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from The George Washington University.
