Murphy Mathew, CHBA, has over a decade of experience in the hospitality and revenue solutions sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Solutions Engineer for IDeaS Revenue Solutions since August 2012, responsibilities include identifying client challenges and formulating effective solutions. Previous roles at IDeaS encompassed Manager of Client Support Experience, where focus was on enhancing the client journey, and various positions in client relationship management and revenue optimization. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Front Office at Hyatt Regency. Murphy holds a BHMCT degree from Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth and Pune University, along with foundational education in science from Fergusson College and Don Bosco.
