Lisa Hong, PMP®, is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in hospitality and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at IDeaS Revenue Solutions since October 2019, Lisa leads initiatives in hospitality revenue management through innovative data-analytics technology. Previous roles include Senior Analyst at Radisson Hotel Group, where responsibilities encompassed project management and vendor liaison for various hotel systems. Additional project management experience includes positions at Franklin American Mortgage Company, Philips Healthcare, Affinion Group, and MICROS Systems Inc. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has furthered education at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
