Celéste Kreyfelt has a diverse work experience that spans customer service and revenue management roles in the hospitality industry. Their journey began as a Trainee and Receptionist at Legacy Hotels & Resorts, where they eventually worked their way up to Front Office Duty Manager. Celéste later held roles at Southern Sun Hotels as an Assistant Front Office Manager and at Hotel Shangri-La as a Front Desk Supervisor/Team Leader. Moving forward, they served as Front Office Manager at Tsogo Sun before taking on the role of Group Channel Manager, where they focused on developing new sales channels and maintaining relationships with channel partners. In their most recent positions at IDeaS Revenue Solutions, Celéste served as a Client Relationship Manager, Senior Client Relationship Manager, Director of Account Management, and finally as Senior Director of Account Management for Strategic Accounts in the EMEA region. Their experiences have given their a strong foundation in customer service, revenue management, and relationship building.
Celéste Kreyfelt obtained a Diploma in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language (TEFL) in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Stellenberg High School from 1998 to 2002. Celéste also completed a course in Hospitality Management from City and Guilds, focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management. Additionally, in 2022, they obtained a certification as an NLP Practitioner from The Coaching Academy.
