Theodor Christian Kier has a diverse work experience. Theodor Christian started as a Bar Manager and later became a Manager at Copenhagen Street Food - Papirøen from July 2014 to December 2016. From August 2015 to August 2017, they worked as a Math teacher at Københavns Kommunes Ungdomsskole. Theodor Christian then founded and served as the President of Tietgen Festival from January 2017 to September 2018. In June 2017, they joined Juul's Vin & Spiritus as a Salesperson and Spirit Lecturer until December 2018. Theodor then worked as a Volunteer Manager at Distortion Festival from March 2018 to February 2019. From June 2020 to December 2020, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Almenr Aps, and from February 2019 to March 2021, they served as a Teaching Assistant at IT-Universitetet i København. Currently, Theodor is working as a Part-time Frontend Developer on the Ideanote platform, using technologies such as HTML, Lit, TypeScript, and Sass.

Theodor Christian Kier began their education at Ørestad Gymnasium, where they pursued a high school degree in biotechnology from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they enrolled at Roskilde University, where they completed a bachelor's degree in molecular and medical biology from 2014 to 2017. Wanting to further their knowledge and skills in the field of computer science, they joined IT-Universitetet i København for their bachelor's degree in software development, which they obtained from 2018 to 2022. Eager to delve deeper into the subject, Theodor then pursued a master's degree in computer science from IT-Universitetet i København between 2022 and 2024.
