Isabell Hühnel is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in user insights and research strategy. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at idealo internet GmbH since January 2019, Isabell focuses on enhancing user centricity within the idealo shopping app and supports collaborative efforts to optimize the UX Research team's performance. Previously, Isabell worked as a User Researcher at AJ&Smart GmbH, conducting research for high-profile clients such as Twitter and Adidas. An academic background includes a PhD in Psychology from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and various roles in research and teaching across multiple institutions, along with a visiting scholarship at The University of Queensland.
