Agnieszka Niemeier has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and performance management. Agnieszka started their career as an Assistant in Sales Department at Deutsche Leasing AG in 2008. Agnieszka then had internships in R&D Department at EkoWodrol Ltd. in 2009 and Sales Department at Hochtief in 2009-2010. Following that, they worked as an Intern in Business Development department at Plinga GmbH in 2010. Agnieszka also had customer service roles in New Zealand from 2010-2011. In 2011-2012, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at EkoWodrol Ltd. In 2012, they worked as an Online Marketing Manager at Project A Ventures and as a SEA Manager at Tirendo Holding GmbH. From 2014-2015, they served as a Performance Marketing Manager DACH & International at Scarosso GmbH. Currently, they are working at idealo internet GmbH, first as Head of Performance Marketing and now as the CMO, where they lead the performance marketing team and is responsible for building strategies and automating marketing activities.
Agnieszka Niemeier completed their education in several institutions. In 2010, they attended Freie Universität Berlin to study Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Management, and Marketing. From 2009 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management and Marketing at Poznań University of Economics. Additionally, from 2011 to 2013, they studied Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Management, and Marketing at TU Bergakademie Freiberg, where they also earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree. In 2011, they briefly studied Business English at Greenwich College in Sydney.
