Michael Whobrey is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support, management, and customer service. Currently serving as the Manager of Infrastructure Services at Ideal Software Systems, Inc. since November 2012, Michael is responsible for managing, planning, and designing new tools and modules. In addition, Michael owns Cipherware, a company that addresses various computer needs, including networking and programming. Past roles include Retail Service Specialist at Orielly Auto Parts, where responsibilities encompassed cash handling and employee supervision, as well as customer service positions at Valvoline Instant Oil Change and Delta Muffler and Exhaust. Michael holds multiple Associate's Degrees in Computer Programming and Criminal Justice from Meridian and Holmes Community Colleges, respectively.
