Josh Lair is an experienced professional in community development and outreach, currently serving as the Director of Community Development and previously as the Community Outreach Coordinator at Ideal Option since August 2021, where efforts focus on Law Enforcement Diversion. Prior to this, Josh held multiple roles at Salem Drywall from March 2015 to January 2017, including Community & Law Enforcement Outreach Manager and Framing Foreman. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Arts in Church Leadership, both obtained from Corban University.
