Rob Sutter is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC since June 2004, Rob is responsible for the design of tools and connectors, assembly equipment, project management, quality assurance, and training. Prior to this role, Rob worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Amphenol T&M Antennas from 1998 to 2004, where responsibilities included designing antennas for cell phones and developing fixturing. Rob began their career at Charles Industries, Ltd. from 1995 to 1998 as a Senior Member of the Technical Team, focusing on systems packaging engineering and providing engineering support. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned between 1990 and 1994.
