Sarah Fargo is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ideal Concepts, Inc., having transitioned from the role of Talent Acquisition Associate since July 2021. Prior experience includes a position as a Major Accounts Sales representative at ADP from July 2018 to July 2021, where support was provided to midsized organizations in finding HR solutions. Sarah also holds significant experience in mental health services, having worked as a Mental Health Professional at Scranton Counseling Center and Friendship House, and as a Licensed Behavior Specialist at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. Sarah’s educational background includes an MBA from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Counselor Education from the University of Scranton.
