Abid Islam is an experienced software development professional currently serving as a Software Development Manager and Senior Delphi Developer at Contour Software since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing software development activities, facilitating communication at the management level, hiring, and training new developers. Prior to this, Abid Islam worked as a Senior Delphi Developer at Ideal Computer Systems, Inc. and held a Senior Software Engineer position at Harris Computer, where contributions included analysis of user needs, technical specifications development, and software design. Earlier roles at Huawei Telecom involved designing enterprise-level applications, while starting from January 2007, Abid Islam developed various applications as a Senior Software Engineer at Zapnova. Abid Islam holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
