Suzanne B. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational design. Suzanne started their career in 2006 at Next Group PLC, where they held roles as a Sales Manager and later as a Regional Human Resources Officer. Suzanne then worked at Vision Express as a Human Resources Advisor before joining Hillarys Blinds as a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2016, Suzanne joined Ideagen Plc, where they held various roles including Group HR Policy & Project Manager, Group HR Manager, and Global Head of Human Resources. Suzanne later became the Global Head of Organizational Design. In 2022, Suzanne joined MMT Digital as a People Director before transitioning to their current role as the VP of People Integration - M&A at Ideagen. Suzanne's experience encompasses a range of industries, including retail and digital consultancy.

Suzanne B. obtained a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Nottingham Trent University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a CIPD Certificate in Human Resources Practice from Nottingham College from 2010 to 2011. Suzanne also obtained additional certifications, including Mergers & Acquisitions and Organization Design from LinkedIn, as well as PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner and PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert in 2018.
