Emile Rongeon is an experienced engineer currently serving as Ingénieur Méthodes/Exploitation at Groupe IDEA since October 2020, focusing on providing structure and innovative tools for team development. Previously, Emile held the role of Ingénieur Supply Chain during an apprenticeship. Prior to joining Groupe IDEA, Emile worked at EDF from September 2019 to October 2020 as Agent de terrain au service conduite, responsible for monitoring operations and ensuring equipment functionality. Emile also has experience as an Agent technique d'exploitation at GEREDIS DEUX SEVRES, where responsibilities included ensuring safety and managing electrical operations. Emile holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Transformation Digitale des Systèmes Industriels from IMT Atlantique and a DUT in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing from IUT de Poitiers.
