Garvey Y. Jean-Louis, P.E. is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Construction Manager at IDCUS Inc. since May 2024, Garvey previously held the position of Resident Engineer at CONSOR Engineers from February 2015 to May 2024, where responsibilities included scheduling for a major construction engineering inspection contract in Bexar County, Texas. Prior to that, Garvey worked as Engineer III/Senior Primavera Scheduler at RS&H, managing environmental production schedules for significant projects such as the Grand Parkway in Houston and Toll 49 Segment 4. Experience includes lead project control roles at Bowman Engineering for DART's light rail project and work as Project Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff, overseeing major expressway construction in Miami-Dade County. Garvey's career began as a Project Engineer at Alliance Construction, contributing to the development of Marbrisa Lakes Apartments in Florida.
