Philip Carter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience at IDC, serving in multiple high-level roles including GM and Group Vice President of the IDC Tech Buyer Digital Platform Research, Group Vice President of Worldwide Thought Leadership Research, and Group Vice President of European Chief Analyst and Worldwide C-Suite Tech Research Lead. Previous positions include Chief Analyst and Group Vice President for IDC European Research as well as a Business Development Manager and Analyst Relations & Market Insights Manager at SAS for the Asia/Pacific and EMEA regions, respectively. Philip Carter holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Law & Economics from the University of Cape Town, completed between 1995 and 1999.
