Tricia Tripp has extensive experience in accounting and human resources, currently serving as an Accounting Specialist at IDC Engineering since 2017. Previously, Tricia worked as Office Manager at Absolute Masonry from 2014 to 2017 and held the position of Talent Director at Medical Management Innovations, Inc. from 2004 to 2014, where responsibilities included HR support, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Tricia's early career included roles as Chiropractic Assistant at Trotter Chiropractic Office, HR Coordinator at Dynamic Graphics and Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, and HR Assistant at AFNI. Tricia earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Illinois Central College and has held various clerical and HR positions throughout the professional journey.
