Vighnesh Shahane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Social Venture Partners and a Strategic Advisor for organizations including Abhinav Bindra Foundation, GALF, Nudge Sports, and SEENCH since October 2024, Vighnesh has previously held the position of CEO and Managing Director at Ageas Federal Life Insurance from January 2021 to September 2024, and served as CEO at IDBI Federal Life Insurance from April 2011 to January 2021. Vighnesh's roles included responsibilities in bancassurance and business generation through various channels, with prior positions at Mashreq Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, where leadership in bancassurance was significant.
