Silja Laakso has an extensive background in accounting and financial reporting, having worked in various roles at companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, The World Bank, and Inter-American Development Bank. Currently, Silja serves as the Head of the Product Development Team and LIBOR Transition Leader at IDB Invest. Silja's responsibilities include transforming business processes, operationalizing products, and fostering collaboration between different departments. Silja holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting, Business Law, and Logistics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
