Paula Castillo Martinez is currently working at IDB Invest as an Officer in the Infrastructure, Strategy, and Development Department. Prior to this role, Paula held positions at the Inter-American Development Bank and the National Planning Department DNP. Paula has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Economics and Sustainability Management. Paula has also completed executive courses in Project and Infrastructure Finance and holds a professional certificate in Project Management.
