Catherine Gural

First Vice President: Senior Transformation Program Manager at IDB Bank

Catherine Gural, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Catherine is currently serving as the First Vice President: Senior Transformation Program Manager at IDB Bank since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at PNC as Vice President - Program Manager from November 2022 to April 2023. Catherine also held the position of Director of Change Enablement at Melio from October 2021 to August 2022.

Before their roles in the banking sector, Catherine was involved in public service as a Committee Member and Deputy Mayor at Montgomery Township from January 2019 to December 2021. Catherine also brings experience from their tenure at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they held various positions including VP - Process Design Consultant and AVP, Strategic Enablement Business Support Manager from August 2010 to November 2021.

Catherine's earlier career includes working as an MS Patient Ambassador at Sanofi Genzyme from January 2016 to May 2018, and as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Business Optimization at Billtrust from December 2014 to January 2018. Catherine started their career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2007, where they held roles such as Project Manager/Six Sigma Black Belt, Officer - Sr Operations Analyst, and Senior Settlement Specialist.

Prior to their banking career, Catherine worked in the camp industry as an Office Manager at Eagle River Day Camp from June 2006 to July 2007, and as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper at LakeView Day Camp from 2004 to 2006. With their extensive experience in various industries and roles, Catherine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at IDB Bank.

Catherine Gural holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Cinema Studies from Rutgers University. Catherine is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at Rutgers | School of Graduate Studies. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt from Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2014, and as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Bank of America in 2012.
