Jon Linzbach is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the IT Systems Technology Leader at Idaho Power Company since August 2012, Jon manages all activities related to the IT Service Desk and ITSM processes to ensure adherence to standards and service level objectives. Previous experience includes a tenure at SUPERVALU from October 2000 to August 2012, where Jon held the position of Senior Manager - IT, overseeing Service Desk operations and leading a team of Team Leads with a focus on performance management and staff development. Jon holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Columbia Basin College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
