Jaksen Cotterell is an experienced project manager with a robust background in civil engineering and construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Idaho Environmental Coalition since August 2022, Jaksen oversees technical work scope and provides project planning and financial support. Previous roles include Project Manager/Estimator at Acme Construction, Superintendent and Project Engineer for the Liberty Sky high rise apartment complex, and various engineering positions at Mortenson, focusing on project engineering, design coordination, and quality inspections. Jaksen began a career in construction as a Crew Member at Cotterell and Sons Concrete, progressing to Partner/Freeman, where financial management and client interaction were key responsibilities. Jaksen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University.
