Chris Graham has a diverse work experience that spans from 2012 to the present. Chris began as a Summer Intern at Hardinge Inc in 2012, where they developed a new design for unloading finished parts from CNC turning centers.

In 2014, Chris was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, where they led discussion sessions for a Dynamics class and held office hours for students seeking help. Chris also emphasized problem-solving and communication skills.

Chris then joined Novelis as an R&D Engineer from 2014 to 2016, where they developed technical innovations in the processing of aluminum into sheet ingot. Chris had the opportunity to design experimental prototypes, fabricate and test them, and travel abroad for extended periods.

From 2016 to 2019, Chris worked for North Wind Group as a Mechanical Engineer. Chris supported the Idaho Cleanup Project by designing and testing robotic solutions for remote cleanout of high-level radioactive waste. Chris was later hired as a lead mechanical engineer for the Calcine Retrieval Project.

Currently, Chris works at the Idaho Environmental Coalition as the Technical Lead for the Calcine Disposition Project design group.

Chris Graham obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University in 2013. In 2016, they obtained the certification of Engineer Intern from the Idaho Board of Licensure of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors.
