Vasu Goel

Vasu Goel has a diverse work experience. Vasu is currently a Medical Student at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine, a role they started in 2021. Prior to that, they were a Medical Assistant at UCHealth from 2020. From 2018 to 2021, they held three roles at Baylor University. These roles included Research Assistant, where they conducted psychology and neuroscience research under Dr. Annie T. Ginty, Outdoor Adventure Student Guide, where they set routes and developed COVID-19 protocols, and Research Assistant for the Baylor Transdisciplinary Research Undergraduate Experience, where they developed protocols for MindWare technologies for ECG analysis. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Research Assistant at the Cardiac Biomechanics Laboratory led by Dr. Mark Ratcliffe, where they investigated cardiovascular disease and intervention with state-of-the-art computational techniques. Additionally, they were a Private Tutor at the San Ramon Valley Unified School District from 2015.

Vasu Goel attended Dougherty Valley High School from 2013 to 2017. Vasu then pursued a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience at Baylor University, where they were a Science Research Fellow from 2017 to 2020.
