Hayden Pastorini has a varied work experience, beginning in 2016. That year, they interned as a Physical Therapy Aide at Balance Physical Therapy, and worked as a Dock Assistant at Discovery Bay Yacht Harbor. In 2017, they were a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM). In 2018, they worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Inov8 Orthopedics. Since 2021, they have been a Medical Student at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine. From 2016-2018, they were also a Resident Assistant at the University of Arizona, where they were renewed for a senior level position for the 2017/2018 school year.

Hayden Pastorini attended the University of Arizona from 2014 to 2018 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Nutrition.
