Alina Shymanovich is a dedicated Project Delivery Manager at IDA TECH since December 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Project Manager Scrum Master at Aligned Code from June 2020 to June 2023. In that capacity, Alina managed Scrum ceremonies, oversaw the delivery process from design to quality assurance, and developed team objectives while successfully releasing mobile and Smart TV applications. Earlier experience includes serving as a QA Tester at a1qa in late 2019 and as a Business Analyst at ООО "Бизнес КИТ" in mid-2018. Alina holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, completed in 2021.
