Kathleen Bohan serves as Vice President of the Emerging Business Division at IDA Ireland, a position held since September 2006, where responsibilities include focusing on scale-ups, venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs seeking to grow their businesses in supportive environments. Prior experience includes serving as Project Executive in both the Emerging Business Division and the International Financial Services Division, where Kathleen was instrumental in maximizing investments from global financial institutions in sectors such as fund administration and financial technology. Kathleen began a professional journey with a co-op position at Intel from June 2004 to June 2005. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Studies specializing in Finance from Dublin City University, as well as various certificates and diplomas in finance, economics, coaching, and entrepreneurship from several institutions, including the International Faculty in Finance and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
